Working Principle of Shaking Table Concentrator

A shaking table concentrator is used to feed sand-gold ore particles from the feeding trough at the corner of the bed surface, and at the same time, the feeding trough supplies lateral flushing water. Therefore, under the action of gravity, lateral flow impulse, inertia, and friction produced by the bed surface's reciprocating asymmetric motion, the sand gold ore particles are stratified according to the specific gravity and particle size, and move longitudinally along the bed surface and laterally along the inclined bed surface. The ore particles with different specific gravity and particle size gradually fan down along their respective movement direction and discharge from different areas on the concentrate end and tailings side, and finally divided into concentrate, medium ore, and tailings.
