Structure of Concentrating Table
The concentrating table is mainly composed of a transmission box, motor, machine foot, bed surface, lubrication system, mining tank, water tank, and connector.
Working Process of Concentrating Table
When the concentrating table is driven by the transmission box to do reciprocating motion, the pulp with a concentration of about 25% ~ 30% is sent into the feeding tank, and the transverse flushing water is supplied by the feeding tank. Under the action of gravity, lateral flow impulse, inertia, and friction caused by the reciprocating asymmetric motion of the bed surface, ore particles are stratified according to specific gravity and particle size, and move longitudinally along the bed surface and laterally along the inclined bed surfaces. The ore particles with different specific gravity and ore particle size gradually fan down along their respective movement direction, and are discharged from different areas of the concentrate end and tailings side of the shaker respectively, and are divided into concentrate, medium ore, and tailings.
