Introduction of Mineral Shaking Table

Mineral shaking table is a common equipment for separating fine-grained ore. It is usually composed of bed surface, frame, and transmission mechanism. In addition, there are flushing tanks, feeding tanks, machine bases, etc. The whole bed surface is supported or hoisted by a frame, and the frame is equipped with a slope adjustment device.

Working Principle of Mineral Shaking Table

The mineral shaking table can make the ore particles move in different directions according to their density and particle size, and start from the ore trough along the diagonal to fan out, and then discharge along the edge of the bed. The ore discharge line is very long, which can accurately produce a variety of products with different qualities, such as concentrate, secondary concentrate, medium concentrate, and tailings. As a gravity separation equipment, mineral shaking table is widely used in the separation of placer gold and other minerals, mainly for gold or coal separation.
