Processing Materials: Gold shaking table is a process of separating ore particles according to specific gravity by the combined action of mechanical shaking and water flow washing. Gold shaking table is one of the most widely used gravity separation methods for separating fine-grained materials, such as gold, lead, zinc, tantalum, niobium, iron, manganese, ferrotitanium and coal.
Working Principle of Gold Shaking Table
The ore particles are subjected to the following three mutually perpendicular forces on the surface of the gold shaking table:
(1) Gravity of mineral particles in the medium.
(2) The hydrodynamic effect of lateral water flow and slurry flow.
(3) The power of the differential reciprocating motion of the bed surface.
Under the action of these forces, the group of ore particles located in the ditch is carrying out two basic sorting movements: loose layering and transport zoning.
Main Types of Gold Shaking Table
1.According to the configuration of the bed surface, there are left and right types gold shaking table. Standing at the head of the bed to look at the bed surface, if the feeding trough is on the left side, it is the left type shaking table, and on the right side is the right type shaking table.
2.Gold shaking table can be divided into seated and suspended type shaking table according to the installation method.
3.According to the number of bed surfaces, there are single-layer shaker tables and multi-layer shaker tables.
4.According to different raw materials, shaking tables are divided into mineral processing shaking table and coal beneficiation shaking table.
5.According to the ore particle size, the shaking table can be divided into a sand shaker (2 ~ 0.2 mm) and slime share (~ 0.2 mm). The sand shaker can be further divided into coarse sand (2~0.5 mm) shakers and fine sand (0.5~0.2 mm) shakers.
The bed surface is the working surface for separation. The shape has trapezoid, rhombus, and so on. Almost all of the Nile shaking table adopts trapezoidal bed surface, which has the advantage of easy configuration. The triangular ore free zone on the trapezoidal bed surface is cut off and connected to the lower tailings side to form a rhombic bed surface, which can effectively utilize the separation surface and prolong the separation time.
