Introduction of Shaking Table
The beneficiation shaking table is a common equipment for separating fine ores. Usually, it is composed of three parts: bed surface, frame, and the transmission mechanism. The entire bed surface of the shaking table is supported or hoisted by a frame, and the frame is equipped with a slope adjustment device.
Working Principle of Shaking Table
The beneficiation shaking table can make the ore particles move along different directions according to their density and particle size, and start from the feeding trough in a diagonal fan shape, and sequentially discharge along the edge of the bed. The discharge line of the shaking table is very long, which can accurately produce a variety of products with different qualities, such as concentrates, secondary concentrates, medium concentrates, and tailings.
