Processing Materials: Gold shaker table is used for processing gold, tin, silver, niobium, tantalum, titanium, barium, iron, tungsten, chromium, manganese, zircon, lead, zinc, aluminum ore, copper, and other non-ferrous precious metals. Nile machinery has a long history of producing mineral processing shaker table and continue to develop, innovate and provide different bed surfaces for different minerals and mineral particle sizes, which greatly improvesthe processing capacity, recovery rate and enrichment ratio of the beneficiation shaking table.
Introduction of Gold Shaker Table
All gold shaker tables are basically composed of bed surface, frame, and the transmission mechanism. Typical shaker structure: The bed surface of the shaker is approximately rectangular or rhombic. A transmission device is provided at one longitudinal end of the bed surface of the gold shaker table. There is the obvious lateral inclination of the bed surface, and ore feeding and flushing flume of shaker table are arranged above the inclined. The bed surface is longitudinally arranged with bed strips. The whole bed surface is supported or suspended by a rack.
Advantages of Gold Shaker Table
1.Gold shaker table not only has a high enrichment ratio that usually commonly used to obtain concentrate but also can separate tailings, which can effectively process fine-grained materials.
2.The bed surface of the gold shaker table is flat, good corrosion resistance, strong and durable, which not easy to deform and convenient for partial repair.
3.The transmission box of the gold shaker table runs reliably, with few easily-wearing parts and no oil leakage.
4. The horizontal slope adjustment range is large, and the stroke is easy to adjust. When the horizontal slope and stroke of the gold shaker table are changed, the bed surface can also maintain stable operation.
