1.The grinding wheels of the wet pan mill mix up the mineral and stone and produce ore pulp while pressing and rubbing the ores.

3.After grinding, the monomers are taken to the upper surface of the pulp and then discharged through the overflow outlet of the water basin. Meanwhile, the coarse ores sink to the bottom of the grinding base and are ground continuously till they reach the required fineness.

Use and Maintenance

1.Users should ensure the normal operation of the wet pan mill before they start feeding.

2.This machine prohibits strip start and outage at boot time. Users should clean up the residual ore in the middle of the milled slot first and then start.

3.Always lubricate the grease, gearbox, or rear axle of the grinding machine, and always check whether the gear oil is lost.

4.Regularly check whether each part of the screw is loose.

5.If the bearing is damaged, it must be replaced in time to avoid shaft eccentricity damaging other parts.

6.When the rolling mill of the gold grinding machine is running, pay attention to whether the reducer or bearing part has abnormal sound, whether the temperature is too high, and whether the motor current is too large and irregular. If the above phenomenon occurs, stop the machine immediately for an inspection.

7.Users must remove the motor belt to ensure safety during machine maintenance.
