Classification of Spiral Concentrator Separator
Spiral concentrator separator can be divided into three categories according to the size of the ore granule. The first is a coarse chute with the maximum particle size of mine is more than 2 or 3 mm, even up to 100-200 mm. The second is ore chute with the handling size 2 to 3 mm. The last one is slime chute, which gives the final mine particle size of less than 0.074 mm.

1. Before starting the spiral concentrator separator in the mining site, users should check whether the rotating direction of the motor can meet the operating requirements.
2. Users should not dig out materials directly by hand or with other instruments during the operation of the spiral concentrator separator.
3. Materials in the tank are necessary to be cleaned up to prevent impurities from entering into chunks.
4. If stalks, straw, and other fibrous impurities are found in the trough, users should stop the spiral concentrator separator immediately.
