At present, it is widely used in processing tin, iron, gold, platinum, and some rare metal ores, especially for the treatment of low-grade placer.
Operation Note of Industrial Spiral Separator
1.The main separating parameter of industrial spiral separator depends on the cubage and thickness of feeding ore. The cubage of feeding ore is more important than its thickness.
2.The scale of feeding ore thickness is large up to 30%—60% and should be experimented with. In the coarse separating process line, the feeding ore thickness is 30%—50%. In the fine separating process line, the feeding ore thickness is 40—60%.
3.To make sure industrial spiral separators can work normally, users should check the ore slurry strictly.
4.Change the position of product intercept chute valve can change produce rate and grade. And the intercept width of various products should be determined by experiment. If the position of the valve is steady, users cannot change it freely.
5.After feeding ore, the ore slurry should be distributed spiral chute, or else, it should be dealt with (such as washing) at once.
6.When working, users should wash the industrial spiral separator once to keep the equipment clean and make sure the ore slurry can float normally.
