Working principle of spiral chute separator
Due to the different combined effects of gravity, centrifugal force, friction force, and water flow pressure on the light and heavy particles in the spiral chute, materials with different particle sizes and densities have different trajectories in the spiral chute, and the final concentrate with large particle size and high density is The inner edge of the spiral groove is discharged, and the tailings with low density and small particle size are discharged on the outer edge of the spiral groove.
