The working principle of the spiral chute equipment:
The operator erects the spiral chute, calibrates the vertical line, and fixes it in a suitable position with an iron frame or wood. The sand pump sends the ore to the two inlets on the top of the screw, adds supplementary water, adjusts the concentration of the ore The paddle naturally swirls from high to downward, generating an inertial centrifugal force in the speed of the rotating slope. The difference in the specific gravity, particle size, and shape of the ore will separate the ore from the sand through the action of the gravity and centrifugal force of the swirling flow. The concentrate flows into the concentrate bucket and is connected by a pipe, and the tailings flow into the tailing bucket and are connected to the sand tank with a pipe, and then drained by a sand pump, completing the whole process of beneficiation.
