Working Principle of Gravity Concentrator Spiral Chute
Erect the spiral chute, align the vertical line, and fix it in place with an iron frame or wood. The sand is sent to the two feeding ports on the top of the screw by the sand pump, and the make-up water is added to adjust the concentration of the slurry so that the slurry naturally swirls from high to low. A kind of inertial centrifugal force is produced in the rotating inclined flow velocity. The ore and sand are separated by the gravity and centrifugal force of swirling flow according to the difference of specific gravity, particle size, and shape of ore. The concentrate flows into the concentrate hopper and then pipe out. The tailings flow into the tailing hopper and connected to the sand tank by pipeline. Then the sand pump is used to discharge the ore, and the whole process of beneficiation is completed.
