Live situation:
First, the natural barite is put into the jaw crusher for coarse crushing, and then it is transported to the cone crusher through the conveyor for secondary crushing. The barite material that meets the requirements is sent to the ball mill for grinding through the feeding device. After that, the ground fine material is sent to the spiral classifier for washing and classification and then sent to the flotation machine through the mixing tank for flotation operation. The flotation operation mainly separates the required minerals from other minerals. The moisture of the material is removed by a high-yield thickener and dried by a dryer to obtain the barite raw materials required for production.
