Working Principle ofFlotation Cell Machine
When the flotation cell machine is working, with the rotation of the impeller, the slurry in the tank is sucked from the bottom of the impeller to the impeller blade.At the same time, the low-pressure air supplied by the blower also enters through the hollow shaft and the air distributor of the impeller. After the pulp and air are fully mixed between the blades, they are pushed out from the upper half of the impeller in an upward direction, and flow steadily and oriented by the stator into the entire slot. The bubble rises to the foam stability zone, and after the enrichment process, the foam flows out of the overflow weir and enters the foam tank. A part of the ore pulp flows to the lower part of the impeller and is stirred by the impeller to reform mineralized bubbles. The remaining slurry flows into the next trough until it finally becomes tailings.
Performance Advantages of Flotation Cell Machine
1.Compared with a conventional mechanical stirring flotation machine, it can save 1/3 ~ 1/2 of electricity.
2.High separation accuracy and a low ash content of clean coal. The ash content of clean coal can be reduced by 1~2% compared with conventional mechanical stirring flotation machine.
3.Good flotation effect. The flotation machine is equipped with a liquid level automatic control electronic control device, the foam refinement degree is high, thereby improving the flotation effect.
4. The wearing parts are durable. The impeller is always active in the machine, which plays a role in removing accumulated materials and debris, reducing the phenomenon of damaging parts due to debris, and the impeller of the mixing device is made of abrasive rubber to enhance the wear resistance.
