Working Principle of Ore Flotation Separator
The ore flotation separator is driven by the V-belt drive of the motor to rotate the impeller, which produces a centrifugal effect and forms negative pressure. At the same time, the foam is refined to make the mineral bound foam float to the surface of the slurry and then form a mineralized foam. Adjust the height of the gate to control the liquid level so that the useful foam is scraped out by the scraper.

1. Large suction capacity and low power consumption.
2. Each cell has the triple functions of suction, pulp suction, and flotation. It has its own flotation circuit without any auxiliary equipment and the horizontal configuration is convenient for process changes.
3. The slurry circulation is reasonable, which can minimize the precipitation of coarse sand.
4. It is equipped with an automatic control device for the pulp surface, which is easy to adjust.
5. The impeller has backward inclined upper and lower blades. TThe upper blade produces an upward circulation of slurry, and the lower blade produces a downward circulation of slurry.
