Working Principle of Flotation Equipment

When the flotation equipment is working, the motor drives the spindle through the V-belt to rotate the lower impeller. The main feature of this flotation machine is shown on the impeller. The impeller is equipped with backward inclined double-sided blades, which can realize the double circulation of slurry in the tank.

Advantages of Flotation Equipment

1.Large suction capacity and low energy consumption.

2.It has the ability to self-priming the air and self-priming slurry with a horizontal configuration and no foam pump required.

3.The speed around the impeller circle is low, the service life of easily worn parts is long, the gap between the impeller and the cover plate is large, and the increase of the gap between the impeller and the cover due to wear has little effect on the suction capacity.

4.The ore slurry in the tank circulates up and down according to the fixed flow mode, which is conducive to the suspension of coarse-grained minerals.
