Working Principle of Industrial Plant Flotation Machine
This machine is driven by the motor V-belt to rotate the impeller, which produces a centrifugal effect to form a negative pressure. On the one hand, it sucks insufficient air to mix with the mineral slurry, and on the other hand, it stirs the mineral slurry into a medicine mixture. At the same time, the foam will be thinning so that the mineral adheres to the foam and floats to the pulp surface to form a mineralized foam. Adjust the height of the gate to control the liquid level, so that the useful foam is scraped out by the scraper.
Instructions for Use
1.Check the bolts of each part before starting the flotation machine. Before stopping and starting, the pulley should be manually rotated to prevent sedimentation from increasing the motor load.
2. Carefully adjust the gate height to keep the liquid level stable during work. Scrape the mineralized foam on the slurry surface into the chute at any time.
3. The impeller and stator should maintain a certain distance.
4. The bearings in the pump body should be maintained every three months.
