Structure of Flotation Separator

Flotation separator is composed of a tank body containing pulp, a large isolating disc impeller with upper and lower blades, a seat stator with radial blades, a split disc cover plate, a split central cylinder, a connecting pipe with an exhaust hole, a bearing body, a hollow spindle and an air regulating valve. The deep groove body of the flotation separator has two structures, open and closed. The bearing body has a seat type and side hanging type, which is installed on the beam that also serves as the air supply pipe.

Advantages of Flotation Separator

1.The flotation separator has a particularly strong mixing particle size and good slurry gas movement trajectory, which is especially suitable for the flotation of mineral materials with heavy specific gravity, fast settling speed, and coarser materials.

2.Flotation separator has a special steady flow plate, which is composed of many arc-shaped blades of different lengths welded on the bottom liner of the tank, which can make the slurry gas mixture evenly distributed in the tank and prevent the slurry from rotating in the tank.

3. Large air volume, strong stirring force, and high bubble dispersion.

4. The slurry, gas, and medicine are mixed evenly.

5. High flotation speed.
