Working Principle of Quality Flotation Machine

When the quality flotation machine is working, eddy currents are generated in the vertical cylinder and the draft tube. This vortex forms a negative pressure and sucks air from the air inlet tube to mix with the slurry sucked in through the draft tube in the impeller and stator area. The slurry-gas mixed flow is moved in a tangential direction by the impeller, converted into radial movement by the action of the stator, and then evenly distributed in the quality flotation cell. The mineralized bubbles rise to the foam layer and are scraped out unilaterally or bilaterally to form foam products.

Characteristics of Quality Flotation Machine

1.The clearance between the impeller and stator is large, and the stator is a cylinder with an elliptical hole, which is conducive to the mixing and dispersion of air and pulp.

2.The height of the stator of a quality flotation machine is lower than that of the impeller, and the circulating volume of the slurry is large, up to 2.5 times, which is conducive to the mineralization of minerals, chemicals, and gas.

3.The umbrella-shaped perforated dispersion cover of the stator can separate the vortex generated by the impeller from the foam layer so that the slurry surface can be kept stable.

4.Large inspiratory capacity and good dispersion effect.

5.The range of particle size is wide and the recovery rate of beneficiation is high.
