Working Principle of Compound Rock Crusher
The material falls into the high-speed rotating impeller vertically from the upper part of the compound crusher machine. It collides and smashes with another part of the stone material in the form of an umbrella around the impeller under the action of high-speed centrifugal force. After the materials collide with each other, they will form a vortex between the impeller and the casing, and the materials will collide and rub each other many times, and then be discharged directly from the bottom to form a closed circuit for multiple cycles. The screening equipment will control the finished product size to meet the user's requirements.
Characteristics of Compound Rock Crusher
1.The composite crusher has a large crushing ratio, which is more ideal for processing materials with high moisture content. Because there is no grate inside, it is less affected by the moisture content of the material, and the moisture content can reach about 8%.
2.The discharging particle size can be adjusted arbitrarily since there is no screen bar setting. Materials with a large amount of silt will not be blocked, and non-breakable materials can be automatically discharged automatically after entering the machine body without causing equipment damage.
3.Low failure rate and lower maintenance costs. The compound crusher has high crushing production efficiency, stable structure operation, low noise, and convenient maintenance. The vulnerable parts can be replaced by opening the working door.
