Innovation Structure Introduction
1.The new rotor design structure is adopted, that is, the impact crushing steel disc structure and the hammer crushing hammer discs are arranged alternately, which effectively enhances the working performance of the crusher.
2.New hammer structure design, which abandons the traditional integral structure design. The combined structure design only needs to replace the severely worn parts, which greatly increases the service life of the hammerhead and effectively reduces the production cost and the replacement times of the equipment wearing parts.
3.The impact plate of the compound crusher adopts the rib structure. Because of the high casting quality and high hardness after heat treatment of the sharp corner of the rib, the wear resistance is strong. With the increase of the wear resistance surface, the wear size gradually slows down. The impact plate is made of wear-resistant alloy steel, which is beneficial to prolong the service life of the impact plate. The installation method of the impact plate is to push the hinge from the side and then tighten it with a tightening nut.
Safety Operation Procedures
1.Before starting the machine, check whether the door of the compound crusher body is tightly closed, and open the door to stop the machine to prevent danger.
2.The compound crusher must be started without load.
3. The feed particle size should be in accordance with the regulations, and the equipment will be damaged if it is too large.
4. If any abnormal phenomenon is found in the crushing process, the inspection shall be stopped and the production shall be carried out after troubleshooting.
5. Add lubricating oil to the rotating bearing parts regularly.
