Safety Operation Procedures
1.Before starting the compound crusher machine, check whether the door of the compound crusher body is tightly closed, and open the door to stop the machine to prevent danger.
2.The crusher must be started with no load, and the production can be started only after normal operation.
3.The feed particle size should be in accordance with the regulations, if the size is too large, the equipment will be damaged.
4.If any abnormal phenomenon is found in the crushing process of the stone compound crusher, the inspection shall be stopped and the production shall be carried out after troubleshooting.
Repair and Maintenance
1.Make the correct choice when choosing the model of the rotor bearingfor a small compound crusher. Double-row radial spherical roller bearings have the advantages of strong load-bearing capacity and good self-aligning performance, so this type of bearing is often used as a rotor bearing when selecting. In addition, the calculated life of the bearing should be 5000~10000h.
2. To improve the bearing force of the compound crusher. The impact load acting on the bearing depends on the impulse acting on the rotor and the support flexibility of the bearing seat. Increasing the support flexibility of the bearing seat will reduce the impact load on the bearing. Therefore, we can add a rubber plate of appropriate thickness between the bearing pedestal and the support frame to improve the support flexibility of the bearing seat. Due to the addition of the rubber plate, the support flexibility is increased, which absorbs a part of the vibration energy, improves the force condition of the bearing, and achieves the purpose of extending the service life.
