Structure of Compound Crusher Machinery
The whole machine of compound crusher machinery is composed of a transmission device, main shaft, cylinder, upper cover, and base. The motor drives the spindle to rotate through the trapezoidal triangle belt, and the main shaft is equipped with a hammer. The material enters the machine from the upper feeding port and falls by gravity. The material is continuously crushed by a series of impacts of the high-speed rotating hammerhead and then discharged from the lower discharge port.
Faults and Troubleshooting Methods
1. Fine granularity
Reason: Too many more hammers
Solution: Lose one or two layers of hammers
2. Coarse particle size
Cause: loose belt or low speed
Solution: tighten the belt and check whether the voltage is 380V
3. Swing of the crusher body
Reason: The centrifugal force of the rotor is unbalanced
Solution: Replace with a new hammerhead, or adjust the weight of the push head
