Working Principle
The material falls into the crushing cavity from the feed hopper under hitting by the high-speed rotary plate hammer, and then quickly throws it to the impact plate. After the impact, it is rebounded to the hammer plate and hit again. Such a high frequency of hits and impacts makes the material gradually crushed from large to small, and the smaller material falls into the lower crushing cavity, which is hit by the high-speed rotating dense hammer, and the upper crushing process is repeated. Due to the small cavity, the shear stress is applied between the hammerhead and the tooth edge of the impact plate to accelerate the fine crushing of the material. At the same time, the hammerhead with raw materials flows, which has a great grinding effect between each other, so that the material is further finely crushed until it is broken into the required particle size.
Structural Features
