Working Principle of Wet Ore Pan Mill
First, the motor transfers power to the reducer. Then the central drive shaft transfers to the horizontal shaft. Finally, the roller moves the anticlockwise direction so that the material in the wet pan mill is ground into fine particles. While rolling and kneading the minerals, the roller mixes the water and material thoroughly, which makes the monomer dissociated mineral fine particles float to the upper surface and discharge through the overflow discharge port. Finally, the coarse-grained minerals settle at the bottom of the pan and continue to be ground until the fineness reaches a certain standard.
Structural Features of Wet Ore Pan Mill
The base structure of a wet pan mill made in two-parts and supported by 4 concrete columns. The bedding of whole equipment by damping elements on four concrete columns.
1. It adopts the separated inner and outer grinding tracks.
2. The central material feeding on the inner grinding track by rotating the feeding hopper.
3. Massive center section for the take-up of the mobile supported runners.
4. Exchangeable wearing frames of wet pan mill between grinding plates and base structure.
5. Central SEW planetary-bevel gear unit attached from below.
6. Oil cooler for central gear unit of equipment.
7. Position of driving motor lateral to the base structure and outside the dirt zone.
