Separation Method and Technology of 1200 Sudan Wet Pan Mill
1.After the installation and debugging of 1200 Sudan wet pan mill, 5 kg of mercury is added to the bottom of the tank of the gold mill and make that start to work normally.
2.Gold sands will be charged once per shift, and 1 kg of mercury will be added to collect sand and mercury that have been ground. Put the mercury into the gold-filled instrument, use a red cloth with a higher density to twist the mercury out of the bag, and open the red cloth to leave the gold sand.
3.Add one kilogram of mercury at the start of each shift of 1200 Sudan wet pan mill. It contains a kind of gold cloth or carpet, and then put mercury plate on the back to collect gold.
Maintenance of the 1200 Sudan Wet Pan Mill
1.Bearing bears all the load of the wet pan mill, so good lubrication has a great relationship with the service life of the bearing. It directly affects the service life and operation rate of the machine. Therefore, the lubricating oil-injected must be clean and the sealing must be good.
2.The newly installed fastening bolts of the outer ring and inner core of the 1200 Sudan wet pan mill are easy to loosen and must be inspected frequently.
3.Pay attention to whether all parts of the wet pan mill machine work normally.
4.Pay attention to check the wear degree of the easily worn parts and replace the worn parts of the wet pan mill at any time.
5.Dust and other things should be removed from the plane of 1200 wet pan mill underframe to avoid affecting the operation of the motor and gearbox and resulting in serious accidents.
6.If the bearing has abnormal noise or the temperature of the bearing position rises, stop the wet pan mill immediately to check the cause and eliminate that.
