Working Principleof Gold Wet Pan Mill
Gold wet pan mill is mainly composed of a power device, frame, a water basin, grinding wheel, grinding plate, and other parts. Wet pan mill for gold adopts the wheel-driven grinding mode: firstly, the motor drives the power to the reducer. Driven by the reducer, the torque of wet pan mill is transmitted to the upper horizontal shaft through the large vertical shaft, and then transmitted to the roller through the tie rods installed at both ends of the horizontal shaft, so that the grinding wheel generates driving force and rotates anticlockwise along the horizontal axis water square direction. The grinding wheel of the gold wet pan mill can rotate around the vertical axis of the wet roller and the central axis of the roller, while the grinding plate is fixed. The added ore materials are subjected to the squeezing force brought by the weight of the grinding wheel in the mill, and the huge friction force generated by the grinding wheel when it rotates. After being repeatedly squeezed, kneaded, and ground, materials are thoroughly crushed.
Replacement Method for Roller and Disc of Wet Pan Mill
1.Replacement of rollersof gold wet pan mill. First, remove the connecting bar, hoist the roller wheel as a whole, remove the 6 fixing bolts connecting the roller ring, and the roller core. Then put on the new roller ring, and tighten it with bolts again.
2. Replacement of roller plateof gold wet pan mill. First, disassemble the roller wheel and the connecting bar and hoist it out, then hoist the old roller plateof wet pan mill. Re-level the buffer sand layer at the bottom of the water basin, and place the new roller plate on the bottom of the water basin to correct the position. Finally, hoist and connect the roller and connecting bar.
