Shaking Table System

Processing Materials: Shaking table system is used for non-ferrous metal (gold, copper, lead, zinc, etc.) ores which are mainly treated by flotation and remove coarse-grained gangue or surrounding rock in advance by heavy-medium beneficiation to achieve preliminary enrichment, which is indispensable in almost all concentrators.

Application of Shaking Table System

Shaking table system is in the roughing and sweeping operation of tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium, gold, and other rare and precious metal ores. It can separate the different particle sizes such as coarse sand (2-0.5mm), fine sand (0.5-0.074mm), and sludge. It can also be used to separate iron, manganese ore, and coal. When processing tungsten, tin, and other ores, the effective recovery particle size range of the shaking table system is 0.22-2mm.

Maintenance Inspection and Solutions

1.Large pulley

Stop the shaking table and check to turn the large pulley by hand. If the big pulley has clearance, it indicates that the large pulley is not installed stably, which easy to produce abnormal noise in actual production.

Solution: find a piece of discarded hacksaw skin or thin small iron sheet, plug it into the key of a large belt pulley (commonly known as a pin), and then tighten the set screw beside it to check whether the clearance is eliminated.

2.Rocker

Stop the machine for inspection. First, remove the two toggle plates next to it, use one hand to stabilize the large pulley and the other hand to swing the shaking rod. Under normal circumstances, it can only swing from left to right, but not back and forth. If it is the opposite, it means that the rocker of the shaking table system is not fixed. This kind of situation is not easy to produce abnormal noise in production.

Solution: tighten the fixing screw on the shaking rod.

3. Spring

Stop the machine for inspection. Check whether the spring is out of position. For example, the spring is skewed or eccentric.

Solution: hit the spring with a hammer, which forces the spring to return.

4. Eccentric shaft

Hold the large pulley with both hands and swing back and forth. If you feel active or there is mechanical clearance, it means that the eccentric shaft is not fixed well.

Solution: tighten the two small screws on the oil seal cover of shaking table system transmission box.

5. Elbow plate

Power on the check. Touch the two elbows with the thumb and neutron of one hand(pay attention to safety when checking), and feel whether there is any gap.

Solution: adjust the screw on the spring screw according to the actual clearance. Tighten it if it is delivered, and loosen it if it is too tight.

6. Four support plates on the saddle foot

Check whether the position of the four supporting plates is correct, such as whether it is in the middle of the shaking box, and whether it will scratch on the sidewall of the shaking box.

Solution: adjust the position of the support plate to make it in the correct position.
