Introduction of Sprayer

The sprayer is a device that uses air suction to spray water or other liquids into mist and spray evenly onto other objects. It is composed of a compressed air device, a thin tube, and a nozzle. The electric sprayer is composed of a liquid storage tank connected through a filter screen, a coupling head, a suction device (small electric pump), a connecting pipe, a nozzle, and a nozzle in turn.

Advantages of Sprayer

As a result of the elimination of the suction tube, the disadvantages of injury to the operator by the external filtration of pesticides are effectively eliminated, and the labor is saved. The pressure of the electric pump is higher than that of the manual suction cylinder, which increases the spraying distance and range, and the atomization effect is good.

Use of sprayers

1.To install the sprayer parts correctly. Check whether there is air leakage in each connection. When using, first install clean water for trial spraying, and then install chemicals.

2.When it is used formally, add chemicals first and then add water. The liquid level of the chemicals should not exceed the safe water level. Before spraying, pull the rocker more than 10 times to make the air pressure in the barrel rise to the working pressure. Do not use too much force when pulling the joystick to avoid the explosion of the air chamber.

3.When the chemical liquid is first filled since the air chamber and the spray bar contain clear water, the concentration of the chemical liquid sprayed in the first 2 to 3 minutes of spraying is low. Therefore, pay attention to fill the spray so as not to affect the control effect of the disease and insect pests.

4.After the completion of the work, the residual liquid in the bucket should be poured out in time, cleaned, and drained with clean water. At the same time, check whether there is water in the gas chamber. If there is water, the water joint should be removed to release the water.

5.If the spray is not used in the short term, the main parts should be cleaned, dried, and stored in a cool and dry place. If not used for a long time, all metal parts should be coated with lubricating oil to prevent rust.

Common Faults and Troubleshooting Methods

1. Insufficient spray pressure, poor atomization

If the water inlet ball valve is put up by dirt, the water inlet valve can be removed and the dirt can be removed with a cloth; if the leather cup is damaged, a new leather cup can be replaced; if the sealing ring is not installed at the connecting part, or the air leakage occurs due to the damage of the sealing ring, the sealing ring can be added or replaced.

2. No fog

If the inclined hole of the nozzle body is blocked by dirt, the inclined hole can be dredged; if the nozzle is blocked, the spray hole can be disassembled and cleaned, but hard objects such as iron wire or copper needle cannot be used to poke the nozzle hole to prevent the hole from expanding and make the spray quality worse. If the filter screen is blocked or the water valve ball is placed on the casing, the filter screen should be cleaned and the dirt that has set up the ball should be cleaned.

3. The switch is leaking or cannot be turned

If the switch cap is not tightened, the switch cap should be tightened; if the washer on the switch core is worn out, the gasket should be replaced; if the switch can not be screwed because it is stored for a long time or used for a long time, and the switch core is corroded by the agent. If it is stuck, the parts should be removed and cleaned in kerosene or diesel; if it is difficult to remove it, it can be soaked in kerosene for a period of time, and then it can be removed after disassembly. Do not hit hard objects.

4. Water leakage at all connecting parts

If the joint is loose, the nut should be tightened; if the washer is not flat or damaged, the washer should be leveled or replaced; if the washer shrinks and hardens, it can be used after being soaked in animal oil.
