Classification of Magnetic Separator Machine

Magnetic separator machines can be divided into low magnetic separators, medium magnetic separators and high magnetic separators according to the intensity of the magnetic field, electromagnetic magnetic separators, and permanent magnetic separators according to the method of generating a magnetic field, disc magnetic separators, cylinder magnetic separators, roller magnetic separators, ring magnetic separators, drum magnetic separators, cage magnetic separators, and belt magnetic separators according to different structures, dry magnetic separators, and wet magnetic separators according to different separation methods.

Precautions for Magnetic Separator Machine

1.If the wall of the permanent magnet cylinder is worn out or seriously worn after the adhesive falls off, it should be treated in time or re-applied.

2.If there are iron pieces and other debris falling into the box, it should be removed immediately.

3.Overheating of motors, continuously variable transmissions and permanent magnet cylindrical bearings, the temperature rise of the bearings should generally not exceed 35°C, and the maximum should not exceed 65°C.

4.The tension of the drive belt should be properly tightened.

5.If the belt wear is found to be severely worn, should choose the same length of the belt group replacement.

6.Whether each lubrication point has enough lubricating grease, whether the continuously variable transmission oil level is normal, if it is found to be insufficient, it should be refilled in time.
