Safety Regulations for Magnetic Drum Separator
1.It is strictly forbidden to start and stop the equipment with the load.
2.It is strictly forbidden to overhaul and clean the equipment during operation.
3.Frequently clean up the deposits in the feed box, concentrate box, and tailings box. It is not allowed to strike each part of the equipment with a heavy hammer to prevent the magnetic group from cracking and the lining from falling off.
4.Check the roller frequently to prevent other ironware or tools from adsorbing on the drum and causing equipment damage.
5.Prevent sharp objects from scratching the drum surface.
6.During maintenance operations, the drum shall not be subjected to force alone or damaged.
