Working Principle of Magnetic Iron Separator
This magnetic iron separator mainly depends on the magnetic difference of iron ore itself to separate iron from gangue. The minerals to be sorted are required to be dried, and the particles can move freely and form an independent free state, otherwise, the effect of magnetic separation will be affected. The iron ore magnetic separator is a kind of permanent magnetic separator, which is composed of rare earth Nd-Fe-B magnetic block and ferrite magnetic block with high magnetism. It has the characteristics of high magnetic field intensity, deep magnetic field action, and not easy demagnetization.
Application of Magnetic Iron Separator
1.It can be used for preconcentration of low-grade ore, preconcentration of ore resources, improvement of grinding grade, and cost reduction of ore dressing.
2.It is used for tailings reconcentration and recovery of relatively enriched tailings in the dry slope section of the tailing dam.
3.It is used for magnetic separation and purification of dry powder of sulfuric acid residue.
4.It is used to remove iron from non-magnetic materials with obvious effect and low beneficiation cost.
5. It is used in the purification of iron concentrate in magnetic separation plant to remove the poor intergrowth and gangue in iron concentrate, improve the grade of concentrate and increase the technical added value of products in concentrator factory.
