1. Install the iron removal device. Unbroken objects such as drill bits falling on the rollers will reduce the probability of damage to the crusher. Therefore, the iron removal device must be installed before the crusher is used.

2. Daily maintenance and maintenance. Operators should pay attention to the daily maintenance of the roller stone crusher, and regularly add lubricating oil to each part to ensure a good lubrication state of the equipment.

3. Adjust the discharge port of the crusher. After the roller crusher machine works for a long time, the roller surface wears too much, which will cause the product particle size to be too fine. Therefore, we need to pay attention to the maintenance of daily equipment and the adjustment of the discharge port.

4. Avoid crushing viscous and high-humidity materials. Viscous substances can easily block the crushing space and cause the machine to malfunction.

5. Avoid putting multiple large pieces of material in the crushing cavity. When the material is large, the stone roller crushing machine is not easy to be broken. Since the large ore machine cannot be crushed, it will come out of the crushing cavity later, which may easily cause personal injury and machine damage. The maximum feed size of the gear crusher is less than or equal to 500 mm, and we should crush it according to the crusher's requirement.

How to improve the production efficiency of the roller crusher machinery?

1. Choose the appropriate model of the rock roller crusher. Appropriate equipment models can maximize the efficiency of the machine and obtain a good crushing effect. We select the appropriate type of crusher according to the recommendation of the salesperson.

2. Feed evenly. In the working process of the high-efficiency roller crusher, the material should be fed evenly, and a large amount of material must not be added suddenly. A high-precision distributor can be installed on the feed inlet to make the material fall on the width of the entire roller to reduce the roller’s load. Uneven wear, energy-saving, and consumption reduction are realized.

3. Maintain proper roller spacing. The distance between the rollers must be between 3-5 mm. If the interval is too large, it should be repaired or replaced immediately, which will affect the crushing effect.

4. Control the water content of the material. The water content should not be too high, but should generally be controlled below 15%. Otherwise, mud balls will be formed, which will affect the crushing efficiency and crushing effect.
