According to the feeding mode of materials, its working mode can be divided into complete central feeding and central feeding with waterfall feeding; According to the compressive strength and abrasiveness of materials, the working form can be divided into "stone beating stone" and "stone beating iron".
"Stone beating stone" is suitable for crushing materials with high abrasiveness above medium hardness like basalt. The finished product has good particle shape and slightly more powder content.
"Stone beating iron" is applicable to the crushing of materials with low abrasiveness below medium hardness such as limestone. Its crushing efficiency is high but the particle shape of the finished product is slightly poor.
The material is divided into two parts by distribution plate. One part enters the high-speed rotating impeller from the middle of the distribution plate. It is accelerated in the impeller and then ejected from the impeller, impacts and breaks with another part of the materials, and then hit the impact plates together.
The basic working principle of full center feeding is as same as that of feeding at center and sides. The difference is that the bulk cone is unloaded when the material is fed completely in the center, and all the materials directly fall into the distribution plate from the feed inlet and directly into the impeller through the middle of the distribution plate.
