Crushing stage: The material is loaded from the loader to the raw ore bin. The ore is fed from the raw ore bin to the jaw crusher by the trough feeder, and the final product size is ≤25mm. The crushed ore is conveyed to the powder ore yard with a belt;
Grinding and re-election stage: the ore is fed into the rod mill by the belt conveyor, and the products of the rod mill are preferentially passed through the jigging machine, so that the large-particle tungsten ore is preferentially re-selected, and the ore of qualified grade is obtained, and the jigged tungsten ore is removed again. The spiral classifier is classified, the qualified particle enters the gravity separation stage, and the coarse particle returns to the rod mill to continue grinding;
Grinding qualified products are transported to the continuous hydraulic classifier by the pump, and the fine mud in the pulp is separated out and re-separated by the shaking table separately; the continuous hydraulic classification underflow goes to the top part of the spiral chute and enters the first group of spiral chute for roughing. The concentrate enters the shaking table for selection, and the medium ore returns to the spiral classifier to continue classifying and grinding, so that the undissolved tungsten ore continues to dissociate, and the tailings enter the second set of spiral chute. The concentrates of the two groups of chute enter the shaker for selection, the medium ore is transported by the pump to the spiral classifier, the tailings enter the dewatering screen for dehydration, and the dewatered tailings are pulled away by the transport vehicle.
