2. The powder is too coarse or too fine
The main reasons: the blades of the classifier of the Raymond mill machine are worn; the air volume of the blower is not appropriate; the speed of the classifier does not match the required classification particle size of the material. 3. Less powder
The main reasons: the powder locker is not tightly sealed and dust is sucked backward; the air duct of the main engine is blocked; the scraper is worn and the scraping material is too small or unable to scrape; the pipe and the flange connection are seriously leaking.
Solution: repair or seal the powder locker; remove the blockage; check the blade wear and replace the blade; carefully check the leak and seal it.
4. Leaking powder at the bottom of Raymond stone grinding mill
The main reason: there is a gap between the main machine casing and the edge of the grinding disc.
Solution: We can design a recycling device or a device to prevent leakage, extend the distance between the outer edge of the material bed and the outer edge of the grinding disc, or add a certain height of baffle.
5. The host vibrates too much and produces noise
The main reasons: the grinding roller of Raymond mill equipment does not rotate or the grinding ring is loose; metal objects enter the machine; the feeding is uneven or small; the grinding roller is worn and deformed; the raw material is too hard or too large; the foundation is not firm.
Solution: disassemble and repair the grinding roller device or tighten the grinding ring; check whether there are metal objects inside and remove it; adjust the feeding amount; check and replace the grinding roller in time; replace the raw materials; strengthen the foundation.
