Layout Principle of Sand Production Line Process Flow

A good sand making production line must take full account of the rationality, reliability, advancement, economy, and compatibility of the process. A better process layout can be designed according to the required processing scale, the nature of the rock, and the requirements of the finished aggregate. Therefore, the process layout of the sand making machine is generally considered according to the following principles:

1. Crushing ratio

The crushing ratio is the ratio of the particle size of the raw material to the size of the product after crushing, which represents the multiple of the reduction of the raw material after crushing. Since the crushing ratio is the main factor in determining the number of crushing stages, the finer the product particle size requirement, the more crushing stages. If a certain crushing link fails to reach the required crushing ratio, it will inevitably cause pressure and restriction to the next crushing stage of sand making plant, which will cause the increase of system failure points and reduce its operational reliability. Therefore, the selection and distribution of the crushing ratio is the first principle to be paid attention to in the layout of the sand making line.

2. Production scale

The larger the scale of the machine-made sand making unit is, the more equipment models can be selected, so there are multiple solutions. By comparing with each other, choose the economical solution under the condition of meeting the demand, which can save investment and reduce production cost. However, when the scale of the sand plant is small, the first consideration is that the process should be simple. Two-stage crushing can be used instead of three-stage crushing, and as few crushing, screening, and conveying units are used as possible to meet the design requirements.

3. Particle shape and particle size of products

The particle shape of the product refers to the geometric shape of the particle, and the particle size of the product refers to the size of the particle. The shape and particle size of products are the main process indicators to measure product quality. 4. Performance of crushing equipment

The type of crusher directly affects the process flow and product particle size composition of the crushing and granite sand making production line. Generally speaking, the crusher with a higher crushing ratio can reduce the number of crushing stages, the crusher with laminated crushing principle can obtain less needle and flake products, the rotary crusher that uses kinetic energy can produce more cubic products, and the "stone hitting stone" model of the vertical impact crusher has better grain shape, but its sand making efficiency is not as good as that of "stone hitting iron".

5. Nature of material

The crystal structure and compressive strength of materials is one of the important factors affecting the crushing process and equipment selection. The materials with high compressive strength are not easy to be crushed and equipment with large crushing force is required, so there is less crushing equipment available for selection. Materials with a granular crystal structure are easy to produce cubic products, while materials with a layered crystal structure are easy to produce needle-like products, so it is necessary to consider the "shaping" step.
