Working Principle of Aggregate Impact Crusher
The rotor rotates at high speed under the drive of the motor when working. When the material enters the impact area of the blower in the casing, it is crushed by the high-speed impact of the blower, and at the same time, it is thrown to the impact board installed above the rotor to be crushed again. Then it bounces back from the impact board to the hammer to crush again to the required particle size and discharge out of the machine. According to the number of rotors, it can be divided into a single rotor impact crusher and a double rotor impact crusher. Among them, the dual-rotor impact crusher can be divided into two rotors rotating in the same direction and in different directions. The difference between hammer crusher and impact crusher is that the impact crusher can make more effective use of high-speed impact energy, the whole material is stressed and the impact cavity is large.
