Working Principle

Under the drive of the motor, the rotorof the shaft impact crusher rotates at a high speed when working. When the material enters the plate hammer action area, it collides with the plate hammer on the rotor and is crushed again. Then, it is thrown to the impact device and is broken again. Finally, it bounces back from the impact liner to the plate hammer action area for recrushing. The above process is repeated, and the material enters the first, second, and third impact chambers from large to small for repeated crushed until the stone material is crushed to the required particle size and discharged from the discharge port.
