Working Principle
Hard rock impact crusher is a kind of crushing machine which uses impact energy to crush stone materials. When working, driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at high speed. When the material enters the impact area of the blower, it collides with the plate hammer on the rotor and breaks again. Then it is thrown to the impact device and breaks again. After that, it bounces back from the impact lining plate to the plate hammer action area and breaks again, and this process is repeated. The stone material enters the first, second, third, and impact cavities from large to small and does repeat crushing until the material is crushed to the required particle size and discharged from the discharge port. Adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor can achieve the purpose of changing the size and shape of the stone material.
