The function of Mining Mixer

The mining mixer is mainly used for the pulp mixing before the flotation operation, so that the pulp and the reagent are fully mixed evenly, creating conditions for the beneficiation operation.

Structure of Mining Mixer

The mining mixer is a flat bottom barrel shaped radiation cycle spiral impeller machine mixing type. Tighten the bolts of the pump body before use, rotate the pump shaft to check whether it is flexible, and start the pump after confirmation. The impeller is the main vulnerable part of the mining mixer.

Maintenanceof Mining Mixer

1.Check whether the power switch and time relay are normal and fixed and whether the power cord and sheath are damaged. Check whether the indicator light is normal.

2.Check whether the fixing screws of the frame are loose, and check the operation of the motor for abnormal noise. Check whether the pipeline is unobstructed. All transmission parts shall be filled with lubricating oil.

3. Check whether the blade operates normally and whether the emergency stop switch works normally.

4. Keep the machine clean, free of material, foreign matter, oil, and dust on the machine.
