Working Principle of Gold Mine Agitator

When the gold mine agitator works, under the rotation of the impeller, the slurry and the reagent produce large and small circulation movement, so that the slurry and the reagent in the whole tank can be evenly mixed, and the mixed suspension is discharged from the overflow port.

Troubleshooting of Common Faults

1. Unable to start

Causes: no power supply, thermal relay protection, power phase loss.

Solution: check the power supply, reset the thermal relay and check the power supply.

2. Diaphragm pump does not work

Causes: no gas source, low air pressure.

Solution: check the air source and adjust the pressure.

3. Abnormal noise in the operation of the mixing tank

Causes: there are foreign matters in the mixing agitator, loose coupling and oil shortage in the gearbox.

Solution: remove foreign matters, tighten the coupling, and add lubricating oil.
