Working Principle of Mineral Processing Mixer

The mineral processing mixer is composed of an electric motor, impeller, stator, bearing, and other parts and adopts a flat-bottomed barrel-shaped radiation circulation spiral impeller mechanical mixing method for mixing operations. When the mixing tank running, the motor drives the V-belt drive device to drive the impeller to rotate, so that the pulp and reagent are fully mixed with each other under the action of uniform stirring of the impeller, which increases the reaction time of reagent to pulp and strengthens the reaction quality of medicine, so as to make the materials fully stirred and mixed, and make necessary preparation conditions for the next stage of flotation machine production.

Instruction for Mineral Processing Mixer

1. Before use, tighten the bolts of the pump body, rotate the pump shaft to check whether it is flexible, and then start the mixer to run, the others are the same as the flotation machine.

2. Vulnerable parts include impeller and stator.

3. The mixer and automatic feeder must be cleaned, especially in winter, so as to prolong the service life of the equipment.
