Working Principle of Mine Agitator Tank
When the mine agitator tank is working, firstly, the ground ore is added with water and necessary chemicals to form pulp through the mixing tank, and then it is injected into the pulp tank that starts mixing, and the air is introduced into the pulp to form a large number of bubbles. Some mineral particles which are not easy to be wetted by water, which is generally called hydrophobic, attach to the bubbles and float together with the bubbles to the pulp surface to form a mineralized bubble layer. Other mineral particles that are easy to be wetted by water, generally called hydrophilic mineral particles, do not adhere to the bubbles but stay in the pulp to discharge mineralized bubbles containing specific minerals, so as to achieve the purpose of mineral processing.
Advantages of Mine Agitator Tank
1.Reasonable structure. The mine agitator tank has a compact structure and good sealing performance, and the ash baffle is set at the feed inlet to prevent water mist from flowing back.
2.High performance of the equipment. During the work, the rate of residual ash is low, and the setting of the watershed at the bottom of the box ensures that there are no dead corners in the equipment.
3. Large production capacity. Mine agitator tank has advanced equipment performance, stable quality of finished products, uniform mixing, and rapid discharging.
