The Structure and Working Principles
Mining mixing tank machine is mainly composed of frame, motor, pulley, vertical shaft, tank body, mixing impeller, bearing body, etc. when the mixing barrel works, the motor, pulley, and bearing body transmit power to rotate the mixing impeller at the lower end of a vertical shaft, and then add water, chemicals, and materials for mixing.
Operation Precautions of Mining Mixing Tank Machine
1. When working, the main shaft turns clockwise, not in the reverse direction.
2. During the operation, the main shaft runs first, and then 2 / 3 water is injected into the agitator tank, and then the material is added and start stirring.
3. Before working, it is necessary to check whether the vertical axis is vertical to the bottom of the groove.
4. Before stopping operation in the production process, the blowdown hole at the bottom must be opened first, and the remaining ore left in the tank body must be drained, and then the machine can be shut down, so as to avoid the deposition of slurry on the impeller and affect the next start-up and safe operation of the machine.
