1.It is necessary to strengthen the work of iron removal in ore feeding. Uncrushed materials falling into the roller crusher will damage the crushing equipment and cause parking accidents. Therefore, an iron removal device should be installed in the crusher.

2.Viscous materials are easy to block the crushing space. When dealing with the blockage fault, stop the machine and do not poke the ore in operation.

3.When the stone material processed by the roller crusher contains a lot of large lumps, users should pay attention to the large pieces of ore that are squeezed out from the crushing space to damage people or equipment.

4.After running the roller crusher for a long time, due to the large wear of the roller surface, the product particle size will be too fine. At this time, attention should be paid to adjusting the discharge port or overhauling the equipment.

5.Strengthen the inspection of the parts of the roller crusher, and add oil to the lubrication parts of the crusher on time to keep the equipment in a good lubrication state.
