Working Introduction of Smooth Roll Crusher

The smooth roll crusher uses two sets of independently driven roller shafts to crush the materials by the extrusion force and grinding shear force produced by relative rotation. When the material enters the crushing cavity of the roll crusher machine, the material is forced to pass between the two rollers by the meshing force of the rotating roller shaft and is crushed and sheared by the roller shaft at the same time. The crushed small particles are thrown under the machine through the gap between the two roller shafts along the tangent line of the roller rotation. The large particles beyond the gap continue to be broken into small particles and discharged.

The Debugging of Smooth Roll Crusher

1. Check the relative position of each component to meet the requirements of the drawing.

2. The roller crusher runs idling for 4h after assembly.

3. During the operation of the roll crusher, the rotating parts such as the V-belt wheel, gear, and roller shall be stable and free from vibration, and the tooth surface roller shall not rub with the machine body, and there shall be no abnormal sound.

4. The bearing temperature rise of the roller crusher shall not exceed 30 ℃ and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 70 ℃. After the no-load test run is qualified, the load test run shall be carried out, and the test run time can be carried out according to the system requirements.
