Structure of Roller Crusher Equipment
The main structure of the gear transmission device of roll crusher is composed of fixed rolls, movable rolls, transmission shafts, machine body, underframe, cover shell, long gear cover, and other parts. The power of the roller crusher is transmitted by the V-belt pulley on the motor, and then through a pair of intermediate reduction gears to make the fixed roller rotate. With the help of a pair of long gears at the other end of the fixed roller, the movable roller is driven, and the two rollers move relatively to extrude the material.
Working Principle of Roller Crusher Equipment
The roll crusher equipment is equipped with two cylindrical rollers horizontally on parallel frames. The bearing of one of the rollers is movable, the bearing of the other is fixed, and the two crushing rollers rotate in opposite directions by the action of the motor belt during operation. The material enters between the two crushing rolls and is crushed by the strong extrusion under the downward force of the opposite rotation of the two rolls. After crushing, the material which meets the particle size requirement is pushed out by the roller, unloaded downward, and discharged from the discharge port. The roll crusher can be operated continuously with the function of forced discharge during operation and it will not block the machine when crushing wet or soft materials.
