Daily Maintenance of Corn Harvester

The maintenance of the corn harvester is a routine project, including two levels, one is before the operation and the other is after the operation.

1. The maintenance before the operation is mainly to ensure that the corn harvester is in good working condition, ensure the normal operation of all parts so that the machinery can normally carry out harvesting operation. Operate in accordance with the instructions, and check whether the cooling water, fuel, lubricating oil, and all parts are connected normally and matched smoothly.In addition, the air filter should be overhauled and cleaned, the firmness of the equipment parts should be checked, and some parts that are easy to loosen should be checked, and the problems should be adjusted in time if any problems are found.

2. The work of the corn harvester has certain phases, usually in autumn, and the corn will be idle when the corn is harvested. After the operation, it is important to check whether there is weeds entanglement on the machine, and some silt and dirt also need to be thoroughly cleaned.Check whether there is damage inside the corn harvester machine and whether the conveyor belt is loose. When the above steps are completed, the oil should be added to the cutter to ensure that the equipment is in normal condition.

Essentials of Daily Maintenance

1.Check whether the various instruments and control mechanisms in the cab are normal.

2.Check whether the conveyor chute and inclined conveyor chain rake are loose, whether the tension is appropriate, and adjust and tighten in time.

3.Check the reliability of the steering and braking system.

4.Check the position of adjustable telescopic teeth and revise the deformed auger blades.

5.Check whether the tension of the V-belt and chain of the small corn harvester is appropriate, whether the pulley and sprocket are loose, adjust the tensioner in time, and tighten the pulley and sprocket.

6.Check the oil level of the oil tank of the hydraulic system, whether the joints of the oil circuit leak, and whether the flange connection and fixing are loose. If the hydraulic oil is insufficient, it should be added in time. If leakage or looseness is found, it should be welded, tightened, or replaced in time.

7.Check the water level of the engine water tank, the fuel tank, and the oil level of the diesel engine pan, and add it in time if it is insufficient.

8.Check the connection and condition of the electrical circuit, and repair the invention damage or poor contact in time.

9.Check the sealing condition of the sealing plate, shaking plate, threshing part, and each hole cover at the entrance of the drum, and there should be no grain leakage.

10.Check whether the connecting and fastening parts of the frame and the wheel train, the tension rods, and the anti-loosing pins are loose or falling off, and fasten and replace them in time.

11.Clean the filter element and inner cavity air passage of the air filter of the small corn harvester.

Check whether the blade gap is appropriate, whether the cutter is damaged, and adjust or replace if necessary.
