Therefore, it is a kind of wear-resistant material widely used in crusher.
2.Modification Planof Jaw Crusher Plate
In the transformation, the working part of the jaw crusher is fixed plate and moving plate. The moving plate is fixed on the moving jaw, and its main wear parts are concentrated in the middle part. In the transformation, the movable plate was not modified, mainly the fixed plate. After the transformation of the fixed plate, it's connected with the frame body and increase the weight, which has no adverse impact on the work of the whole crusher.
3.The service life of Jaw Crusher Plate
Thejaw crusherplate bears a lot of impact extrusion pressure, so it is very worn. In order to prolong its service life, we can study it from two aspects: one is to find the material with high wear resistance; the other is to reasonably determine the structural design and geometric size of the jaw crusherplate.
